Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is a key part of our compliance framework. It demonstrates our commitment to build and maintain trust in Delta and to integrate our business, social and environmental responsibilities into everything we do and is an integral part of daily business life.
Every Delta employee receives a copy of the Code of Conduct and is expected to know, understand and apply it without exception. Discussion sessions with leaders and extensive online training is available to help employees deepen their understanding of the Code of Conduct.
We encourage employees to report any suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, either directly to their line manager, a member of our Legal, Compliance or Human Resources teams.
Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate disciplinary action under applicable employment laws and practices. Under the umbrella of the Code of Conduct we have made progress towards achieving a holistic view of all compliance and risk management matters.
